We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your product(s). Defective products or damages from shipping are eligible for credit or replacement within 10 days of delivery. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at Victory Wave Woodworking, LLC’s expense.
Please contact Victory Wave Woodworking, LLC for a Return Authorization. Returned packages must have Return Authorization with a brief description of the product defect inside. Please return all items in the original packaging. Victory Wave Woodworking, LLC is not responsible for any item not received. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing returns for credit.
All non-defective returns will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include all original packaging material, all documentation, etc. provided by Victory Wave Woodworking, LLC. If any component of the returned product is missing, Victory Wave Woodworking, LLC may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Customer agrees to bear all shipping fees for returned merchandise with the exception of defective merchandise. Victory Wave Woodworking, LLC deducts the cost of shipping from the total purchase to calculate refunds.
